About Mike McGuire

I was born in Chicago and grew up in the southwest suburbs.  I attended St. Christopher's Grammar School and graduated from Bremen High School.  I was always involved with sports and extra curricular activities throughout grammar school and high school.  After high school, I went to college and graduated from Eastern Illinois University.  I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, playing golf, traveling and spending time with my grandchildren.  

I started my real estate career back in March of 1995.  I worked with my first company for several decades before starting my own company, McGuire Realty LLC.  I am a full-time Managing Broker selling primarily residential and multi-family properties in the south and southwest suburbs of Chicago.  I do have some commercial experience too.  I specialize in working with Buyers, Sellers, Estate Sales and Foreclosures.  I have also worked with several Banks over the years handling their "Bank Owned" properties (foreclosed homes).  As a professional Realtor, I am highly motivated and organized, acting as an advocate for my client through all phases of the real estate transaction.  I consistently demonstrate the ability to resolve disputes and solve problems in addition to having a strong conviction for practicing sound business ethics.  Both clients and peers recognize me for being professional, a solid performer in our industry with excellent people skills, great attention to detail and outstanding follow-up skills.  Bottom line, I like what I do and enjoy selling real estate. 

I am starting my 30th selling season in 2024 with over 770 closed transactions.  Since 1995, I have generated over $110 million dollars in sales revenue.  I have been a consistent "TOP NOTCH" producer in our industry throughout my career.  I love selling real estate and helping families find their dream homes.
